CCBA Cash Bash Rules & Terms
1. Up to a $5000.00 cash prize will be awarded to the person who holds the matching ticket number drawn LAST, unless a prize split agreement is made.
2. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT to WIN; IF NOT PRESENT YOUR PROXY (assigned pre-event) must be present.
3. Disputes and disagreements will be settled by an audit committee
4. IF YOU LOSE YOUR TICKET, CONTACT the CCBA at (352)746-9028.
5. The winner and/or winners of the cash prize is responsible for any and all taxes related to the winnings; winner(s) will be issued a W9 (from the CCBA) before prize dispersed.
6. MUST BE 18 years of age (or older) to purchase a ticket
7. UNDERAGE DRINKING will NOT be TOLERATED on CCBA grounds and/or building. MUST BE 21+ to consume alcohol before and during the event hours on the property of the Citrus County Building Alliance. The CCBA has to right to refuse serving without proper identification.
